When are webinar courses offered?
Our live, online webinar courses are scheduled nearly every week and generally on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Can I purchase webinar courses individually?
Of course! Simply enroll for your preferred webinars here and complete the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment and instructions for joining the webinar on its scheduled date and time.

How do I attend a webinar on a PC or Mac?
After your registration and payment are received, you will receive an email confirmation (and subsequent reminders) that includes a link to join the webinar on the scheduled date and time. The webinar will launch automatically in your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome are recommended) when you click this link.
 
Click Yes or Always (or Trust on a Mac) if prompted to accept the download.
 
We encourage you to join the webinar at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure your attendance is recorded properly.  Attendees arriving late or leaving early will not receive CE credit.

How do I attend a webinar on my mobile device?
First, dowload and install the free GoToMeeting app from the App Store, Google Play or Windows Store. After your registration and payment are received, you will receive an email confirmation (and subsequent reminders) that includes a link to join the webinar on the scheduled date and time. The webinar will launch automatically on your device when you click this link.

How is my attendance confirmed?
Our webinar system will record your login and logout time.  In addition, the instructor will randomly pause the presentation at least twice each 50-minute credit hour and ask that you answer a simple (ungraded) question such as "What is my license number?" or "What is my home town?" 

IMPORTANT You will not receive CE credit for attendance if you do not respond to each of these checkpoints, so please pay careful attention during the webinar presentation.  We recommend that you find a quiet room at your home or office and avoid interruptions such as visitors or phone calls.

When will my CE credit be posted?
We will post your CE course completion credit directly to your SBS CE transcript (your official transcript with the Oklahoma Insurance Department) within one (1) business day following the webinar.
 
NOTE Although rare, course completion postings may be delayed due to SBS maintenance or other unscheduled downtime.

Will we take a break?
Yes!  Attending a webinar is just like attending a classroom seminar and a 10-minute break will be provided each hour.

Will there be an exam?
Never!  Attending a webinar is just like attending a classroom seminar.  Simply pay attention, confirm your attendance by responding to the instructor checkpoints at least twice per credit hour, and you will receive CE credit for your attendance.

NOTE Groups that wish to attend by watching the webinar on a central monitor or using a projector/screen may do so, but a proctor will be necessary to confirm the attendance of each group member.  Please submit a group attendance request and we will provide additional details regarding special group pricing and the proctor requirement.

How do I communicate with the instructor?
You will be able to 'chat' with the instructor by sending written questions or comments.  The instructor will pause the presentation periodically and respond to student chat messages.
